How will I know if you are taking pictures of my child?
A: Check our website 48 hours after the
contest, however, if you want to make sure to have photos
of your child, simply ask a Swift Shot representative and

How do I order photos?
A: From our Home
Page, navigate to the Find
& Buy Photos section, find event you are interested
in and enter the password for that event. You will then
be taken to our e-commerce server, where you can find the
photos you want to buy, place them in your shopping cart,
and proceed to checkout. It's as easy as buying a book on
Amazon! |

What if I don’t have Internet access at home?
A:You can access Swift Shot's site from
any computer that hooks to the Internet - e.g., school,
library, office, friend's house, etc. |

A: Yes. New advances in technology for

A: No! Swift Shot takes the great photos
and customers have the choice to purchase or not. There
are no sitting or shooting fees. |

How will I know my child’s photos are not being

A: Swift Shot never sells images to unrelated
third parties (although we reserve the right to supply our
images to the media and sports clubs and organizations for

A: Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball,
Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, and selected other
activities upon request. |

How long after the game/contest can I purchase photos?
A: Photos are available for browsing and
purchase 48 hours after each event. They are available in
perpetuity and unlike other photo businesses, Swift Shot
will send out every order within 24-hours from receipt.

Do you digitally enhance the photos you take?
A: Yes. We routinely perform color correction
in the digital darkroom before positng and printing our
images. We selectively perform additional enhancements as
well - please refer to our
Image Enhancement Statement. |

A: Yes. In addition to high quality prints
we sell electronic images in many formats. Please contact

A: It is technically possible to achieve
this, but it violates our policy on photo

Q:
I didn’t see any photos of my child. Did you forget
to take photos of her?
A: Swift Shot photographs a variety of
players during each event. Without specific requests, we
will randomly take photos of as many athletes as possible.
We strive to get a picture of each and every child, but
due to certain constraints that is not probable.
You
can request that we specifically take photos of your child
and we will then take at least three (3) quality photos
of him or her. This in no way obligates you to purchase
a photo from Swift Shot. However, after seeing them we know
you will! |

Can’t you take a photo of my kid when he’s
smiling, not grimacing?
A: Our images our photojournalistic in
nature and we strive to capture the emotion and intensity
of the game. Swift Shot provides still shots for parents
who want to ensure a smile. Please contact
us to arrange a photo session for your child.

What can I do if I don’t want my child on the
internet?
A: If you do not want your child to appear
on our website, a Do Not Photograph request form can be
submitted to our photographer prior to the game. Swift Shot
adheres to international copyright standards in regards
to recognizability for individuals in image backgrounds.

How come the pictures I take don't look like Swift Shot's?
A: Swift Shot uses the best professional
equipment available (which is prohibitively expensive
for the recreational photographer). In addition, Swift Shot
only uses skilled and talented photographers trained in
the visual design and composition of photographs.
